Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our traditional ales and brewery services.

How should I store my bottled ales for maximum freshness?

To maintain the quality of our traditional ales, store bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. We recommend keeping them upright and serving at a cellar temperature of 12-14°C for the best flavor profile.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer nationwide shipping across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Are your beers suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

Many of our beers are suitable for vegetarians; however, some traditional ales use isinglass finings for clarity. Please check the specific product description on each bottle's page for detailed allergen and dietary information.

What is your policy on damaged or broken bottles?

We take great care in packaging our glass bottles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damaged items and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I click and collect my order from the brewery?

Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service from our Brewery Shop in Terrick. Simply select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout, and we will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Do you offer brewery tours or tasting events?

We regularly host guided tours and tasting sessions where you can learn about our brewing process. Tickets can be purchased directly through our website under the 'Tours & Events' section.
